My online 3 month class involves so much more than just calories in/calories out. It is time to break through our diet culture.
We are going to tie it all in together! Education from college to education from functional nutrition courses. Mental health resources and scripture to help with your mindset. And of course the strength exercises to build lean muscle.
I talk you through each workout and make sure you are doing them with proper form. Exercises are shown from beginner to intermediate to advanced. Modifications for injuries are also shown. Optional equipment is as shown: stability ball, step, resistance band, loop band and a variety of weights.
A big part of changing our eating habits is knowing what to even eat. You will learn new recipes and meal plan ideas while learning how to properly balance carbohydrates with proteins and with healthy fats. The goal is to eat more real food the way God intended our bodies to do.
One of my hobbies is running and I have a goal of completing a half marathon in every state. One of my bigger passions though is my children. We have got to stop obesity and chronic diseases in the generations behind us.
When starting this class, one thing I really wanted was to be able to tie in tips from other health experts. You won't only hear from me but you will also hear from a pediatrician, chiropractor, hormone specialist, multiple counselors and a local health food store owner.
When you can make your goals so much bigger than your weight, your whole outlook on your health changes. Your priorities and your mindset change. You start thinking about the bigger picture and about being healthy to fulfill your purpose.

60 mini mini course learning how to balance out macronutrients without dieting. The mini course is broken down into 3 modules: carbohydrates, fats and proteins. Recipes that show balanced meals are included. This course is offered via zoom.

This option is for those would prefer to meet one-on-one vs in a group setting. Meetings are set up via zoom. Initial consultations are 45 minutes for $110. Follow-ups are scheduled on a 2 to 4 week basis to go over goals set. Follow-ups are $45. Optional workout plans can be discussed.
